When brewing HK Style Milk Tea, we blend at least 3 types of leaves:

1. Broken.Orange.Pekoe (BOP) – Fragrance

2. Broken.Orange.Pekoe.Fannings (BOPF) – Fragrance, Colour, Taste

3. DUST – Color, Taste
