● Content：Knowledgement of the basic knowledge of operating a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style tea restaurant) | Learning the brewing methods of key beverages in cha chaan teng, including milk tea, coffee, yuan yang, lemon tea, lemon water, etc. | Learning the preparation of traditional cha chaan teng snacks, such as satay beef, pork chop noodles, scrambled egg sandwiches, etc.
● Fees：HK$1,500

● Remark：If the course starts at 9:30/10:30 in the morning, students will have approximately 1 hour for lunch (around 12-1 pm), and the class will end at 3:30/4:30 in the afternoon.
